Tim Sherwood
I worked with Olivier at Tata Communications when he served in two primary roles: 1) a Chief-of-Staff to the CEO and 2) as a business development lead for our new mobile virtual network business unit. In the former role, Olivier worked close with the product, sales and engineering times to coordinate the annual and long-term corporate planning process - ensuring the various functional teams not only aligned on the high-level financial metrics, but, more importantly, developed more detailed plans and objectives to achieve our financial targets.
