  Within this diversified family group, I was in charge of industrial activities (renewable energies, waste treatment, construction). In particular, I was personally responsible for setting up a roadworks company "from scratch", with Vinci and Colas as its main competitors. When our production unit started up, we lowered market prices by 30% thanks to our business model. We also succeeded in achieving financial equilibrium in our first fiscal year. As head of this business unit, I was also responsible for relations with customers and public authorities, recruitment, the design of financial models for costing, responding to calls for tenders, reporting, developing new formulas and processes, and defining and implementing short-, medium- and long-term strategy.
