Olivier did a great job for 5 years in our Department (Regulatory Affairs). Even though he was studying a completely different topic (Economics), he was able to adapt very quickly to our group and to regulatory environment. He learnt the job in a clever way, understood quickly all the challenges inherent to Clinical Trial submission process and he was always making relevant comments on the dossiers. He is efficient and detailed-oriented and has solid communication skills. Olivier was so reliable that we decided to delegate him further responsibilities like contacting directly our Partners in Asia Pac / Latin America to solve issues (completeness of the file) but also training other students on that job. We will regret him in our group as we were relaying a lot on his support but also because he was a very nice colleague to work with and who adapted easily to the multicultural environment of the company.
