After a Ph.D on reactive ion sources, from University of Marseille in 2008, I joined the R&D department of Orsay Physics, French Company specialized in charged particles optics technology, in 2009. Now, as a project leader, I'm in charge of Plasma Focused Ion Beam development and applications since 13 years. Moreover, I'm involved in many research projects on ion sources. I'm author or co-author of a patent and several international publications.
