  • Extensive worldwide travel on a regular basis to visit our existing customer base & prospective customers, attend meeting and/or carry out basic machine inspections • Advise the customers of all the services that we can offer and provide a detailed report to the spares/ customers service group to allow quotes to be prepared. • When in office, prepare for future visits and generally work with the spares group • Working to deadlines and budgets. • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts on a regular basis. • Provide accurate information on completion of sale for Handover to the business to complete the supply. • Assist with troubleshooting customer equipment. • Available at any time to travel and or support other departments as required.
