And I valued our collaboration for a lot of reasons; just to mention a few: His dedication to serve and help the customers in their onboarding to ARPEDIO. Structuted in his approach, always well prepared and proactively following up to continuosly improve. And on top of that he’s just an awesome co-worker, helpful and kind - and great fun to work with. Olivier is one of the most thoughtful, kind and intelligent people I have worked with, during our 2 years professional collaboration, Olivier has shown strong and compassionate character with proactive attitude; during his time at MMW he developed, collaborated and executed on many strategic initiatives, always while ensuring looking out for other team members, creating a safe space for feedback and input. He quickly demonstrated himself as a reliable candidate to join the management team as Director of People, where he led a small team in People and Culture (HR) and introduced number of well received and executed initiatives.
