  I'm working as an Operation and Maintenance Manager for ATI Environment UK Ltd. ATI is a French company which started to work in the UK in 2011. I'm in charge of the maintenance of all existing sites (more than 30 in 2017) where I have to schedule preventive maintenance in relation with the crematoriums. I am also the main point of contact for any breakdown that may occur. As the crematorium needs immediate assistance, I will guide them (on the phone or using remote access to the system) in order to find the issue and sort it out. I also have to manage maintenance engineers to make sure each of the clients get the support he needs. I'm also involved with new projects (brand new equipment or upgrade of existing ones). I usually come at the end of the installation to commission the equipment. I'm doing also all operator’s training. Show less
