Olivia is a first class account executive. In the 2 years that we at Michael Hill have been working with her, Olivia's clear communication, ability to understand her customers' needs, and deliver on all requests that are fired her way have been second to none. Her focus and passion for her customers, and ability to remove internal roadblocks in delivering results for her customers is an admired trait within my team. As an account manager, Olivia does it all, including a recent late Friday personal delivery of an engagement ring to a Michael Hill customer in need.
