I've worked with Olivia since the summer of 2014 at Tiger Party. Right away, our team benefited from her holistic thinking and organization skills. She quickly adapted to the various project types we were working on, and her ability to communicate comprehensively with the clients, the designers, and the development teams was impressive. We worked together for clients such as Bank of America, World Bank, and American Broadcasting Company. She understood the clients' needs and was excellent in researching the most suitable solution. She played a vital role in carrying projects from inception to completion. Our work relationship continued to the next chapter of our career after Tiger Party. We worked together on a series of workbooks and facilitator's guides while she worked at DiversityEdu and me as an independent designer. Olivia is remarkable as a content developer; she is detail-oriented, incredibly thoughtful for all aspects of any given project, and effective in communicating across functions. It has always been a joy to collaborate with Olivia.

It’s rare that you come across a standout talent like Olivia. I had the pleasure of collaborating with Olivia on several projects and course builds. I was always in awe of her ability to problem solve and find workarounds based on due dates and client requests. This trait made a dramatic difference in the productivity level of the team. In particular, Olivia wrote the narration scripts, located course assets, and provided feedback that made their way into course videos. She has a keen eye and ability to QA courses to maintain editorial, pedagogical, and overall production quality. Together we streamlined the production process and worked together to deliver custom course content. As a team member or a leader, Olivia earns my highest recommendation and would be an asset to any team.

Olivia was extremely helpful in providing detailed feedback, editing, and ideas on marketing copy for a major website project. While it was not her primary responsibility, she was one of my go-to contacts for understanding the history and context of the brand to really make the marketing shine. She is an efficient, responsive colleague who has a team mindset and is willing to go the extra mile for the success of the organization as a whole.
