I research the impact of tech on society (future of work, platform economy, algorithms, ADMS.) I lead the Think Tank's research on the future of work (digital platforms) with a gender perspective. I undertook two roles for the “Attacks on Hospitals” dossier, on the topic of violence against health professionals and hospitals in conflict zones. • Analysed and researched the British health community’s capacity and interest in mobilization on the topic. Stakeholder analysis, surveys, interviews and focus groups; data analysis; report writing and dissemination. Other responsibilities: event management, networking with members of Parliament and key actors within the health system, MSF representation and strategic collaborations with organizations in the sector. • Researched violence against healthcare related issues and quantified attacks against MSF facilities (data later used by UN, MSF and other entities). Advised on advocacy and communications strategies for the Medical Care under Fire international project. Represented MSF at high profile conferences and events. Commissioned to research and write: • The book: “Pioneers in Global Health: 30 years of history in Hospital Clínic* de Barcelona”. Interviewed 50+ people in Spain and Mozambique. Wrote it in Spanish and translated it into English. Managed editing, design and printing process and liaised with external suppliers. Organised book launch. The book features some of my photographs from Mozambique. • The publication on key scientifc achievements accomplished in the field of global health by Manhiça Health Research Centre (CISM) in Mozambique. In collaboration with the Spanish International Development and Cooperation Agency (AECID), organised high profile political event in Madrid to conmemorate CISM's 20th Anniversary and launch publication. Supervised production of institutional video, wrote script and did voice-over in English.
