  Under faculty supervision, served on a 6-person team of graduate students to prepare a strategy to localize and measure progress of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals for the Chicago Community Trust.Role included a literary review, annotated bibliography, writing, scheduling, conducting, and coding 12 interviews with partners and stakeholders, tracking and synthesizing data, creating and conducting presentations, developing short and long-term recommendations, producing a final deliverable, and working with a client.

  Worked with victims, stakeholders, and respondents ages 17–25 referred by the District Attorney’s office and law enforcement agencies to take a non-traditional approach to restoring harmony to neighborhoods affected by crime as an alternative to incarceration. Role included correspondence with 10+ outside agencies and stakeholders, documentation and analysis of case progress, interpretation of reports, transcription, respondent intakes, advocacy for victims and respondents, recruitment, collaboration, project management, negotiation, mediation, streamlining operations, tracking and synthesizing data, interviews, and survey writing and administration.
