For a year i lived with and worked for a family in the United States. I was responsible for their 3 young children, 3yrs, 6yrs, and 8yrs old at the time. Daily duties involving morning routines, driving to extra curricular activities, general care, feeding, and safety of the children.Being able to be flexible with changes of mood with the kids, some discipline, and working for long hours at times were skills i gained and grew with this position. As well as becoming confident in a completely new town, and environment, or when we went on a trip together and i worked, being about to be flexible and easy going definitely was a great skill to have and get better with. Overall a hugely beneficial experience and i gained lifelong memories and skills along with new family and friends.
