  Achievements and responsibilities: • I assisted as a stand-in and provided strategic leadership and strategic direction to the newly accredited graduate school leading to over 300 student’s admission on the newly introduced postgraduate diploma in business administration programme in the first three years. • Co-Led a team to negotiate an academic partnership agreement with the Australian institute of Business leading to the introduction of the 12 month MBA. • Assisted the President to increase student’s number to 400 students on the MBA in 3 years making it one of the most successful MBAs in Ghana.
