  I have been fortunate enough to be selected as secretary for Make a Smile’s Plymouth chapter. My roles include:- Keeping our OneDrive in order- Taking minutes at committee meetings- Making sure everyone is completing their tasks to the deadline- Keeping an eye on emails and messages, and responding- Act as Data Protection Officer- Creating socials for committee and members

  I am currently acting as Social Media Officer for Make a Smile in Plymouth. I was chosen to do this role by the President of the committee as it is already similar to my role as Secretary. My roles include:- Keeping all our social media account active - Creating engaging atmospheres that are easy to use- Use photos and create videos as appropriate- Make posts after each event

  I have been volunteering for Make a Smile for nearly two years. I go to events for disadvantaged children dressed up as their favourite characters. I have taken on the role of Secretary at the Plymouth chapter where I complete minutes, monitor the social media’s and email, and ensure that everyone is on task.
