I mentored Olivia during her summer internship at SI2 Technologies, and over the course of the program she demonstrated her talents in the field of engineering by taking on and completing a circuit design project. I gave her requirements for a printed circuit board, and she completed a trade study, designed the circuit board, and provided all of the completed files needed to fabricate the circuit board. Throughout the program, she worked hard to understand the various aspects of circuit design, and needed minimal assistance from me. Olivia would be a great asset for any engineering program as she is hard-working, a fast learner, and able to work both independently and with a group efficiently.
