  As production editor on High Life I ran daily production meetings and managed workflow across editorial, design, account management and commercial, as well as managing freelance staff and the team, across multiple issues. I used the Emagine digital asset management system to create and update flatplans for High Life, High Life China and MO, and upload pages when on press. I also managed a quarterly title that is produced in Simplified Chinese, as well as coordinating affiliated High Life projects. As production editor for mandarinoriental.com, I subbed, wrote and edited content across digital, social and video. I commissioned John Simpson and Damian Barr for their monthly High Life columns and also commissioned a wealth of travel writers for advertorials and 'ad get' features. I worked closely with the sales team on advertorials, to ensure that both the clients' and their needs were met, without compromising on great editorial. I ensured copy, pictures and layouts arrived on time, and deadlines were met and that everything adhered to the house style and was grammatically/factually correct. I also conjured up captivating heads, sells, cover lines and picture captions – for both print and digital.
