NEDonBoard is the professional body for non-executive directors and board members: www.nedonboard.com Chief Engagement Officer (as of October 2021) - I facilitate the transfer of knowledge amongst our NED community. Leadership Development Manager (2017-2021) - I liaise and connect with industry leaders, chairs, non-exec directors and board level professionals of FTSE and blue chip companies through to start-ups and charity organisations, to bring to the NED community: connection, knowledge and authority. I manage and develop the NEDonBoard event and course agenda, and support member services. Previously, Content & Events Manager (August 2015-July 2017). The mission of the professional membership body and Institute of board members is to promote and represent the non-executive director role to the community. NEDonBoard's mission is to accelerate sustainability and development. We do this by sharing wisdom and insights across generations of board decision-makers. NEDonBoard is the authoritative platform made by board members for board members. NEDonBoard promotes modern and contemporary business governance practices. The Institute maintains the oversight of the knowledge, skills, conduct, practice of non-executive directors and board members. The Institute is a not-for-profit organisation. Our operating pillars are: Connection: NEDonBoard connects businesses and organisations with the community of non-executive directors and board members.
