  To be hired as a Supplemental Instruction Leader (SI Leader) for a class, a student must have taken the class previously and demonstrated excellence while enrolled. Duties of an SI Leader include attending every lecture for this class, preparing original material that follows the lecture for supplemental instruction sessions that they lead three times a week with an emphasis on peer facilitated learning, and holding office hours two times.
