  During the summer holidays (May - September) I work as a visitor assistant at Althorp House. This role involves interacting with the public in a number of positions, including cafe work making coffee's and hot beverages, working in the shop selling Althorp merchandise and organizing the guided tours of the house. As well as these roles I have also worked as a waitress for events and private functions at the house. In 2014 and 2015 I was involved in the Althorp Literacy Festival as a Marquee Warden. This role involved ensuring the public were seated on time for the lectures, attending to any needs of the public, cleaning the marquee and attending to the needs of the authors.
