My role involves consultation with our residents, partnership working, signposting, project management, resident involvement, managing expectations, assertiveness and profound communication at every level. Duties include net-working, action planning, data input and analysis, within a constantly changing environment. I have experience of working with organisations and agencies that provide a variety of services such as youth workers, Police, local councils, schools, training providers and outreach workers. Organising community events to engage with residents and create cohesion within communities. Helping residents to live as independently as possible within their homes and communities. Identifying areas of need and creating flexible opportunities which suit residents’ ambitions.
