I am pleased to write a letter of support for Olivia Holding (Bolthouse). Ms. Holding was employed at Arizona Hearing Specialists as a patient care coordinator from June of 2021 until March of 2022. I enjoyed the opportunity to get to know Olivia both professionally and personally. Olivia has obtained a variety of experiences while working with us. She shows an aptitude for engaging patients in a calm and respectful manner. She is a hard worker who is dedicated to doing her job well. She approaches every patient encounter with a positive attitude, and does her best to ensure that each patient has a highly satisfactory experience. Perhaps most importantly, she is very self-aware and always striving to improve. She can take feedback and implement it immediately. She gets along with patients, and co-workers. She is the first to volunteer if extra work is needed to be done. In 2021, we moved to a paperless system and Olivia took on the task of scanning charts. She created a streamlined protocol, and was able scan thousands of charts (an exponential increase in efficiency compared to the protocol that was previously in place). In summary, Olivia is a mature woman who has experience working effectively with both patients and fellow professionals. She is a quick-learner, and always strives to improve. I have no doubt that she will be an asset to virtually any organization. I recommend her for employment without reservation.
