The days were fast paced because of the attention on the children as well as supporting all staff either by sharing responsibilities or reporting to staff meetings. I attended meetings and took minutes which I drafted in Ms Word, I created a “swim lane” diagram which was later used in a PowerPoint presentation and I used a questionnaire to gather information about the experiences of project team members, and I collated this information in an Ms Excel spreadsheet.
