I first met Olivia 4 years ago, when I volunteered to translate some website content for Castle Craig. Even if I was based in France at that time (she was based in Bucharest), we managed to form a good working team thanks to Olivia's organisational skills, openness and detail oriented nature. Olivia supervised me, made sure that everything was delivered on time, gave valuable positive and constructive feedback and then involved me in the process of uploading the content online. She also taught me the secrets of SEO and online marketing and was such a good teacher, that later on, when I collaborated with Castle Craig again for the purpose of translating another set of content, I could work on SEO and online marketing together with Olivia and ease some of her work burden. Together with Olivia, we also put the basis of a collaboration between Castle Craig and the university where I was studying, also thanks to her ability to think out of the box and to her friendly nature.
