My task was to provide doctors with Locum positions within the NHS, and equally fill vacant positions posted to us from the NHS and find the suitable candidates to fill them. It was my job to make sure my doctors were fully compliant with the NHS based on contractual agreements to ensure they are fit to work to provide maximum security and safety to those patients in hospitals within the NHS. • This job has taught me about key aspects of sales and building relationships with candidates for the best service possible to these candidates and provide them with the positions they want tailored to their specifications. • This position has also presented itself a challenge with regards to sales, negotiation and how to lead them in telephonic conversations with respect to selling a job, a candidate, my services, compliance, and ID Medical. • This was my first taste of recruitment experience, an experience I thoroughly enjoyed, I consistently provided decent numbers in terms of company income from my doctors. • I thoroughly enjoyed the challenges this job represented, it was a positive introduction to recruitment and taught me the strong vital lessons of resilience and initiative in the fast passed adaptable role. • My targets relative to achievements in my last full month of employment (January) based on handovers, new doctors book/confirmed and my total hours invoiced per month: I. Handover Target: 8, Achieved: 16, II. New Doctors Confirmed Target: 5, Achieved: 12 III. Hours Invoiced Target: 250, Achieved: 545 Show less

      • I was often left in sole charge of the bar and the responsibilities that come with it such as serving customers, analysing stock with the manager, planning events, committee negotiations and ensuring the club is prepared and organised for public service. • I also learned the valuable art of dealing sensitively but firmly with drunken individuals near closing time, as well as cashing up the till and the night’s expenses for the club treasurer, and finally locking up the building. • This job has boosted my confidence greatly as it allows me to develop positive relations with many different kinds of people, filling them in on club information and ensuring they always return which helps business.
