Worked alongside the Civil Forensic team analysing financial accounts, ledger accounts, company specific and legal documentation, which ultimately aids the preparation and submission of Expert Forensic Accountancy Reports, suitable for court proceedings in matters of civil litigation. Have acted for both the Claimant, Defendant as well as being instructed as a Single Joint Expert for the following case matters:• Loss of Earnings• Contract Disputes• Business Valuations (for a variety of industries)• Matrimonial Investigations• Internal Fraud investigationsAdditionally, worked alongside the Criminal Forensic team by analysing bank statements, invoices, payslips, and various other documentation. Was able to gain experience on both the Prosecution and Defence side for the following types of PoCA and Pre-Trial proceedings:• Drug Confiscations• Romance Fraud• Tax Fraud• Hawala BankingCreated several different desktop-based applications using the programming language Python, which was successfully deployed to the Forensic team, facilitating more accurate and efficient analysis.
