As an e-Business Project Leader within BAE Systems I was responsible for the deployment and implemention of an e-Procurement and Corporate Purchasing Card solution at 13 site locations throughout the UK. Responsibilities and achievements in this role included: • Managed a virtual team of 6 staff and interfaced with suppliers and IT service providers to manage requirements, and implement and maintain the e-Business tools. • Successfully deployed an e-Procurement solution to all UK sites (59) up to the first live order, which involved formulating and continually reviewing the deployment strategy and processes. • Created and delivered e-Procurement training to customers and suppliers; trained and supported 500+ users.
