Projects vary in scope and budget and include projects in the millions. Scope ranges, including: mechanical/electrical work, civil work, structural work, etc… - As prime consultant, I facilitate pre-tender meetings, pre-construction meetings, attend bi-weekly meetings, and provide substantial completion letter after final walk-through. - Projects vary from parking garage restoration, to parking lot asphalt replacement or resurfacing, managing bridge projects, etc. - Perform load reviews on the existing structural framing members. If the structural drawings are not available, I go to the site and perform a physical survey. This applies to steel, concrete, and wood structure. - Provide stamped letters, specifications, and drawings for structural reinforcement, condition assessments, operable partition wall support, retaining walls, infilling stair opening, ramps, etc. - Review shop drawings, visit the site to review my design, and provide the final sign off letter with my stamp to close the permit. - Perform pre-construction survey for the contractor/client with detailed photos and videos, with a stamped report of our observations.
