  As a Powertrain Team Member, I designed and maintained Powertrain components including the rear differential, CV joints and driveshafts, and validated drivetrain solutions for developing into an electric powertrain. Utilising various systems such as SolidWorks CAD, I produced assembly and technical drawings for both mechanical and composite components and liaised with multi-disciplinary teams across various aspects of the overall process to coordinate resources and requirements. Employing excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail, I thoroughly conducted autonomous predictive and preventative maintenance tasks and diagnostic testing to proactively track abnormalities and coordinate corrective actions.   Promoted to Powertrain Team Leader, I was accountable for the entire powertrain design and manufacture including the compilation of component assemblies in SolidWorks CAD. This entailed the creation and presentation of a design report to senior management, detailing the improvements and validation for all design choices with technical information and supporting papers. Leading a team of 5 staff, I ensured the correct implementation and execution of existing processes and workflows and cooperated in the elaboration of improvement opportunities.
