I have known Oli for over 10 years. When I first met Oli, my week was mostly spent flying around Europe and eating/staying in hotels. In combination with my total lack of interested in sport, this lifestyle meant I was significantly overweight and my fitness was *very* poor. With this schedule - and my lack of interest in exercise, I was only prepared to give Oli one hour a week. Using this one hour, Oli got my fitness to acceptable levels. I still don't like going to the gym, but Oli taught me why it was important and he has my thanks as I credit him with keeping me alive until I until I was able to change my lifestyle.
