  I worked at Bounce Kungens Kurva in Stockholm from december 2017, until the summer of 2020 when they filed for bankrupcy due to Covid-19. During my years with them I had several roles. I worked as a Host on the floor, as a reception/café worker, and I coached Parkour and trampoline classes. I eventually got to work as a Customer Service Representative, and was responsible for our customer follow-up system, as well as compiling data about our customer statisfaction into weekly and monthly internal newsletters.
