  I worked as a resourcer within the healthcare industry, specifically working with HCA’s and all specialties of Theatre Nursing. I have knowledge of all aspects of the recruitment process including compliance and training requirements. When I started, I spent the majority of my time head hunting to find the correct candidates that are fit for the agency work being supplied. I used search engines such as CV library to help refine the search. The process involved ringing them, booking in their clinical interviews and emailing them the required compliance items in order to be compliant with the various framework. Once potential candidates have been sourced, I would focus on building relationships and rapport in order to get the candidate fully compliant and ready to work. Working with the compliance team, I would assist with chasing references from clients, making sure all compliance is in line with framework requirements. I am aware of the difference types of job roles within Nursing and I am conscious of the different frameworks and their requirements.
