Football matches are high pressure situations and I have massively increased my ability to remain calm and focused and to make a instant right decision. Not letting criticism affect you provides a platform to better learn from constructive criticism and refine the skill you are attempting with less errors. I am in constant dialogue with the players explaining my decisions and guiding them through the match, displaying my communication skills. Extremely busy serving hour allowed enjoyable development of my teamwork skills from working as a cohesive team to provide an efficient service. A main priority was maintaining high health and safety standards through my organisational skills and attention to detail without taking shortcuts, which must also be achieved in laboratory sessions. Strict time management was required to perform extensive list of daily tasks before service ended. During a weeks work experience at a chiropractic clinic, I undertook a research task comparing heat and ice treatments for chronic and acute pain. Patients allowed me to be present for first time examinations and follow up routine checks where I enthusiastically expanded of my knowledge of anatomy and diseases whilst I enjoyed furthering myself with symptom analysis and then problem solving for treatment methods. Sitting in with different patients improved my communication skills massively, whilst I learnt about X-ray practises and analysing X-ray results, a useful tool for disease detection.
