Additional Information Ensemble x.y is a contemporary music ensemble founded in 2015. Under my management, the ensemble has achieved competition success, live broadcast on BBC Radio 3, a monthly radio show on ResonanceFM, a “sister” concert series named x.y Song, and a number of high-quality live performances that were received to critical acclaim. We have consistently stuck to planned project budgets, and have achieved a solid financial grounding for future projects. We are known as being as an excellent employer, and we have a dedicated pool of freelance artists and suppliers who we remain loyal to, and who remain loyal to us. I have helped the ensemble achieve over 90% attendance to all of our concerts since 2017, and have managed to steadily increase our freelance pay scale in line with Union rates. Show less
