  • Responsible for Smart Home installations and programming of residential systems including cinema installations, multi-room audio systems, commercial and residential wireless and wired networks, bespoke lighting systems, video matrices and CCTV cameras.• Skills I have gained include physical installation of all aspects of smart homes and cinemas, rack building, cable qualifying and fault finding, and programming a variety of systems such as Control4, Lutron, Rako, DMX, Draytek and others.• I started as a Junior Engineer and after completing two years of training mostly one to one, moved on to working independently and managing larger jobs myself. The move to this industry was a big step for me, I had to acquire new skills quickly and work to a very high standard for our clientele.• I have worked at large and prestigious residential developments in London, requiring a high level of professionalism, working to tight deadlines, completing work to a high standard and working with the tidy/careful approach demanded by our clients.
