Oliver, simply put, is a leader in every facet of the definition. Not only is he a performer in his position as Sales Manager at one of the busiest dealerships in all of Canada exceeding targets and goals along the way, but he is a 'Customer First' guy, can always be seen laughing over a coffee with previous clients and potential customers to be. He genuinely cares about his customers and his staff. Training and motivating his team to make each one around him better is Oliver's motto. He was a joy to work with, and a true leader. As a customer satisfaction and sales trainer, there are certain characteristics that I look for in a person when I first meet them. I like to get a sense of how willing that person is at helping others out, the willingness factor as I call it, and secondly, how interested is that person in learning new ideas and applying these ideas in their respective field.
