I directly managed Oliver for about 3 years while he worked for Bravura Solutions. During this period, I have found him to be a very reliable resource who undertakes his role with professionalism and diligence. He has a good domain knowledge of Super and Pension streams and was always willing to provide guidance and support to other team members. He has been a great team player and an asset to the team. I highly recommend Oliver to employers.

I've worked with Oliver in Bravura for about 7 years. He was a key contributor in my scrum team. The output that he is producing year in and year out are of a high quality and standard. He goes above and beyond his role as a BA(normally BAs writes test plans and execute test cases) to validate the correctness of what was written on the BSD. And proactively discuss this the BSD author for any inconsistencies/issues. He is also the go to person in my scrum(and other scrums) if they need any information about the task that they are currently assigned with. And if he doesn't know the answer, he goes out of his way to find it out. Always happy to lend a helping hand to anyone who needs. He is a big loss to the company and I'm sure that he would become a very valuable asset to any company that would hire him.
