During the final days of campaigning and on election day, I was out interviewing the public about election topics, such as the possibility of a hung parliament and what they thought would be the result of that political situation, and I also filmed images of famous politicians going to vote.

  As part of a two-man team I helped to set up a live stream of the count at the Brent Civic Centre to cover the West London constituency of Brent Central as part of Sky News' General Election coverage.Over the course of the night we filmed the ballot papers being counted and filmed the announcement of the count, which was screened live on Sky News. We also interviewed the winning candidate, Dawn Butler, following the announcement of the results.
