Currently in the process of developing a construction package in collaboration with fantastic team of consulatants for a state of the art animal welfare facility. Acting as a lynch pin within the large design team, co-ordinating and collaborating to deliver a very specialist set of buildings, working to level 2 BIM. Site visits, attending design team meetings and acting as lead consultant, coordinating consultants and subsequent information on several large scale residential schemes for variety of projects and clients. Line manager, leading the workload and the professional and technical progression for Colleagues in the practice, which includes time management, meeting project deadlines, mentoring and empowering. Developing the “technical” recruitment and internal progression strategy within the practice. Working on projects outside of the UK, utilising specialist knowledge gained over time in animal welfare design. Working in collaboration with Bosnian Architects 'studio non stop' based in Sarajevo on the next generation of canine rehoming facilities, with the challenge of designing a scheme to cater for severe climatic changes throughout the year.
