Oliver Hassa worked on semiconductor technology and integrated circuits with Siemens AG (now Infineon Technologies AG). He was responsible for power semiconductor (such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, thyristors), the corresponding control circuits. Further he was responsible for the microcontroller division and for telecommunication circuits (both wired and wireless). Finally, during the split-off of the semiconductor division Mr Hassa was in the group being responsible for the transfer of the patent applications and patents from Siemens Corp. to Infineon Corp.
