      My role within the company is to provide support and consultancy around the BMC product set, my time is generally spent split between working within two areas. Firstly, working with BMC Service Desks products such as FootPrints Service Core, Client Management and Service Desk Express. My role using these products varies from working with new customers demonstrating the products, providing guidance during the design phase through to implementation and finally support/ further consultancy when required.
