This role involved managing the art department both pre-production and on set for a variety of short films, music videos, and commercials. Some of the skills & experience I have gained in this role:- Assisting the production designer with the development, planning & implementation of creative concepts and design. Facilitating the creative vision of the Production Designer required discerning & concise communication at all times as well as excellent problem solving skills. - I have led teams of up to 10- 15 people - with varying levels of experience - in high pressure environments. Through this, I have developed excellent team building skills and personal awareness.- Exceptional organisation skills, which are crucial to the smooth running of a production - where it is vital to adhere to a strict timetable as any misstep in scheduling could cost the production thousands of pounds in lost time.- Budgeting - I am experienced in delivering projects within budget.
