  I am a versatile member of both the History and the English Departments, bringing flexibility and excitement for developing curricula to both fields. Courses taught in the History department: Ancient History (ninth grade.) Development of Modern Europe (tenth grade.) Survey of American History (eleventh grade.) Courses taught in the English department: Themes in Classical Literature (ninth grade.) Survey of British Literature (tenth grade.) I have also taught Foundations in Language and Logic, a course that crosses departments and engages faculty from English, History, and Classics. I have advised twelfth grade students in researching and writing their Senior Theses. Coordinator of Writer's Workshop program, developing writing skills in one-on-one conference situations with students in grades nine through twelve. Show less
