Olivia was one of the first people I talked to when I started working at Mighty Bear Games. It was such a memorable experience as I felt so welcome and she gave me such a great impression of the company! As someone who kickstart the morning meetings, Olivia always manage to lift everyone’s spirit every day and we would start the day with a smile thanks to her contagious laughter and bubbly personality. She is always taking care of the people, and I love being around and working with her as she is someone I know I can always depend on. Despite not being her direct report, I have gone to her a couple of times for advice and it was always very easy to open up to her, inspiring me to do better. Her solid advice has helped me career-wise, and I look up to her as a mentor and role model. Seeing Olivia work in Mighty Bear Games always impresses me. Her ability to bring people together combined with her ability to problem solve is a skill I want to learn, and luckily for me, Olivia is open to sharing her learnings and passing it on. It was great pleasure to have worked with Olivia, and I will not forget the fun and work we have done together as a team!

LEADERSHIP R&R- Creation, execution and delivery of the MightyNet + Mighty Action Heroes Roadmap.- Working with Directors, Product Leads and Discipline Leads to ensure project scope and roadmap is ambitious yet manageable within the team's capacity.- Working with Growth and Marketing Leads to ensure they are aware of Development timelines.
