  Leading design and UX on various immersive experiences and games, primarily for heritage and cultural sectors. Producing projects including scheduling, resourcing and team management. Writing funding bids, leading pitch development and presenting/pitching work in person. Casting and directing voice actors as well as planning for and directing motion capture. Travelling nationally and internationally to represent studio, install experiences and speak at events. Representing studio in press interviews, podcasts, and panels etc.
