Oli was a society Committee Member at Winchester Student Union in the role of Chairperson of Sound Radio during the academic year 2021/22. As Chair, Oli was elected by the members of Chair and worked alongside the other Committee members and liaised appropriately with the Student Union to ensure the smooth running of Sound Radio. Through his role, Oli enhanced their skills in leadership and organisation which was demonstrated by their events they hosted. I was particularly impressed by Oli's patience and time management skills which were shown when Oli was faced with a problem, he was able to deal with difficult situations in a delicate but efficient manner.
