My duties were:- document management.I was responsible for all the official letters, applies, responces, acts, etc. I consulted everyone who wanted to have an audience with Rector, checked e-mails, contact partners etc. Actualy that was a little bit boring so in September (when the studying year had begun) I became a curator of one student group and got some additional money and duties:- adaptation for newcomers.I had to make them feel comfortable and safe while being in the class. I also began to consult some of them as psychologist.- art-management.I had to find new activities for our students and encourage scientific partnership and system-wide cooperation with other academies. We launched competitions and exhibitions, engaged teens to have a practice in our partners' companies and developed different projects.

I made my dream come true. The first game-cafe in the city was opened! It was cosy sweet cafe with great amount of board games and different consoles for healthy entertainment. The idea of this place was brought to life in a 3 months-term and it worked grately for 3 years after. The first grate skill I got - was pure management. We had a business plan, investitions and a lot of desire so the resalt exceed the expectations. After the cafe became stable I sold my part and left to Kyiv to get married. If not this circumstance I think I would have been a happy host of this lovely place till now.The most global skills I got from this experience:- planning. Documents are important: from idea to cash-reports.- stress management. There were weeks when I worked for 14 hours a day without any weekends and that was the hardest work I ever had in my life. So nothing should be worse ^___^ I hope.- concepts of a duty, honor, responsibility.I saw a lot of mean and soul-miserable people around while the cafe was bringing up. And I understood the power of confidence and fairness.

    • Table Game Supervisor
      • Aug 2013 - Jan 2015

I came there as a Table Game Supervisor in board game club. My duties included:- game choosing. I had to figure out what games were the most suitable for that person or company and the aspects of this choice were extremly various: the mood of the people, their intellectual specificities, age, number of persons, their tastes, time they want to spent, etc;- game session supervision. Customers come to play in our club Igromag and my the most important responsibility was to make them feel comfortable and interested in playing;- club administrating. To sort the game boxes, mark table reservations, phone the clients, check the cleanliness of the club etc. - was my duty. At that time I was also the first SMM-manager of the company.

Organized a board game club in art-space "Freud House". My responsibility was:- to administrate the art-space.Meet clients, count money, maintain cleanliness in art-space - were my duties.- to play games with people. Most of our clients knew nothing about board games so I had to find the way how to make them fall in love with gaming culture.- to explane rules of board games. Here I nurtured one of my absolutiest skills - a rulestelling ability. I became a goddes of understendable game teaching because a lot of games has too high barrier to entry for newbies. And I nailed this problem.- to bring up the people's attitude to board games. That was from my heart. I like board games so much! I wanted everyone like them the same way and I do believe that a lot of my clients left the gaming sessions with strong emotion "I want to play more, I'll come back to games".
