      As a supervisor, I oversaw over a dozen pools. I managed over 40 lifeguards while navigating any conflict between pool personnel and customers to come to a sufficient resolution. I was involved in managing work-orders, machinery repairs, passing inspections, communicating issues with clients, and resupplying needed items. It was my responsibility to maintain proper water chemistry and to keep the pool functional and up to code. As a lifeguard, my main responsibility involved maintaining the safety of all pool patrons, both in and out of the water, by observing pool rules and performing rescues. Other duties included cleaning the pool area, checking pool chemicals, and opening and closing the pool.
