I had the pleasure of working with Olga for a brief, but very productive period exploring transgenic oil modification in the Safflower platform. Olga executed an ambitious project and demonstrated effective management of her time, explored different methodologies of analysis, and ultimately compiled convincing data, which we have been able to pursue commercially and build upon for other projects. I would highly recommend Olga for any technical position, but given her excellent communication skills would also believe she would make an excellent instructor/lecturer.
