I was working with Olga for 5 years and witnessed her growing from Service Desk agent to Service Manager position in SoftServe. Since the start of her career in SoftServe Olga showed herself as very motivated, sharp and result-oriented person. She always thrived to achieve goals set in front of her and in the role of Service Manager she motivated and help her team to achieve great results. Olga was managing team of 5 DevOps engineers who were providing Managed Cloud Services to our clients and at the same time managing couple of projects were she was acting as Service Manager. I knew no matter what task you give her, Olga will always investigate brainstorm and come out with comprehensive solution being able to negotiate, collaborate and provide the best quality of work. Olga is strong is Service Management, Project Management, negotiations, presentations and pitching and I think she's great people manager too. I would be happy to work with Olga again, when the opportunity comes.
