Now I’m back to FI consulting focusing on international projects, the main point of interest is related to adaptation of Russian local specifics to international standards (US GAAP, IFRS) and possible solutions in SAP system using SAP localization and standard functionality. Earlier for more than 5 years I have played the key role in PMO at one of the most valuable multinational projects. Was responsible for all internal financial and controlling procedures, management of subcontractors, travel expenses reporting. Represented project at internal stakeholders’ meetings. Was contact person during business controls and audit, gathered all the required information for its successful completion. During previous time I have performed roles focused on the development of my SAP Financials and connections with other functional modules in several industrial sectors. Had team lead experience. Used methodologies Chestra, ASAP, SolMan. Participated in development and implementation phases of GAAP-based corporate accounting system set up; applied knowledge of IAS (IFRS) principles.
